    Hi all – reaching out to the Big Big experts.

    I am sure, that many of you have experienced broken Buffers on your Hymeks. I know that you can get replacements (i.e Shapeways), but how simple is to remove the broken piece, then insert the new one, without causing any damage the the main body?Broken Buffer 1

    Working on my yellow hymek now,,,

    I’ve removed them by drilling lots of tiny holes in it using a pin rise and then got the rest out using a scalpel.

    For replacement buffers take a look on eBay as there are a couple of people selling them there for less than on Shapeways.
